Quality Administrator role involves ensuring adherence to quality policies and procedures in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The Technical Administrator will work as part of the technical team, developing close working relationships with different departments and driving adherence to quality policies and procedures.
- Assist in the general administration activities of the technical function.
- Review and maintain technical documentation and food safety management systems.
- Review and maintain micro analysis certificates, checking against requirements and identifying any adverse trends.
- Liaise with department heads on improvement projects, audit close outs, and changes in process and training requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate the master file and monthly audits sign off with all departments.
- File and maintain records for all technical functions.
- Follow up on communications of in-house activities, using spreadsheets to track tasks and projects.
- Input and trend company data such as non-conformances and trend data.
- Generate weekly management reports.
- Assist in traceability exercises.
Key requirements include:
- 3rd level qualification in a food-related discipline.
- Proven track record in a similar role.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Action-oriented to manage work volume with quality results.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent Word & Excel skills – Intermediate level.
- Outlook experience - Intermediate level.
