Job Description
Quality Assurance and Product Compliance role at a leading manufacturer of EPS products.
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 37301) and Complementary Management Systems (BRCGS)
- Coordinate the development of our Management Systems program
- Perform quality assurance testing of products to Irish Agreement Bord and relevant EN standards
- Prepare and update Product CE Do P's and Product Specification Sheets
- Manage statutory compliance checks and inspections
- Conduct IMS and CMS Internal Audits
- Develop and implement quality and compliance improvement schemes
- Identify and implement changes to SOPs where required
- Manage and report on quality and compliance key performance indicators
- Participate in the Single Event Analysis (SEA) and corrective action process
- Create OPL's and training documents
- Deliver internal training sessions on quality or compliance related topics
Requirements:
- Intimate knowledge of ISO Management Systems: ISO 9001 necessary, ISO 37301 and BRCGS an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
- Demonstrated numerical ability to record, interpret and analyze key process data
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict management skills
- Ability to gather and analyze information skilfully
- Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
