bJoin our team as a Quality Assurance Assistant/bbrWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to ensure our products meet all customer requirements and comply with food safety standards.brbrKey Responsibilities:brulbrliOversee product quality, processes, food safety, and standards throughout the manufacturing process/librliManage and address non-conforming products/librliIdentify and implement opportunities for quality improvement/librliSupport audits and inspections as needed/librliDevelop, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company/librliEnsure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards/librliPerform Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal audits/librliAssist with customer audits and maintain audit readiness at all times/librliProvide guidance and support to staff to ensure adherence to food safety protocols/libr/ulbrbrRequirements:brulbrliExperience in a Quality Assistant role is preferred, but not essential/librliKnowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and BRC standards/librliStrong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively/librliProactive and practical approach to problem-solving/librliExcellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards/librliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively/libr/ulbrbrSkills:brulbrliQuality Assurance/librliHACCP/librliInternal Auditing/libr/ulbr
