Role Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for food safety and quality assurance to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Oversee product quality, processes, food safety, and standards throughout the manufacturing process. Manage and address non-conforming products. Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement. Support audits and inspections as needed. Develop, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the company. Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Perform Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal audits. Assist with customer audits and maintain audit readiness at all times. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Requirements: Experience in a Quality Assistant role is preferred but not essential Knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and BRC standards. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
