As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of quality engineers, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and business process management, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, and oversee Quality Management System.
Devise and establish robust quality procedures, ensuring the utilisation of all relevant standards and specifications for products and components.
Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, offering guidance, training, and support.

Collaborate with other managers and staff, equipping them with the necessary tools and techniques to meet and exceed quality standards.

Drive and influence innovation of processes across the entire organisation.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including sub-suppliers, to ensure a seamless flow of quality processes.
Plan and conduct internal and external QMS audits.
Work together with Research & Development and Supply Chain to validate New Product Introduction supplier.
Present quality reports and updates to various stakeholders, fostering effective communication.

Set and maintain high standards for both product and service quality, being a role model for health and safety within the organisation.

Utilise proven methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma to enhance overall quality systems.
Apply your knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, production engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience and skills will also be considered.

Extensive experience in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of setting up, managing, and leading teams in a growing business environment.

In-depth knowledge of implementing and maintaining quality systems and methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Proficiency in analytical reporting based on data, quality observations, and root cause methodologies.
Experience and/or qualifications in leading quality management system audits both internally and externally.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), SAP, or equivalent.
Project Management skills or experience will be an advantage.
