Job Description
We are presently recruiting for a Quality Control Engineer for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Working on one of the largest ever construction projects to commence in Kerry, you will be involved in all inspections, testing of materials, monitoring workmanship, and adhering to safety and regulatory codes, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and of high quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects.
2. Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Conduct tests and inspections of materials and workmanship.
4. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and issues.
5. Collaborate with project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
6. Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
7. Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
Salary is in the region of €45 – €50,000.
