The Compliance Quality team is looking for a Quality Control Programme Manager to support the KYC Quality Programme.


This Quality Control Programme Manager role will be responsible for implementing the quality strategy for KYC working closing with AML Programme, Compliance, Audit and Insight and Operations teams.

The Quality Control Programme Manager will be an independent and proven leader, with effective problem-solving skills. The role requires significant experience in interpreting complex data and providing context and assurance to senior stakeholders.

  • Proactively identifies situations that may pose significant compliance risk and guides management in the development/reviewing of applicable policies, procedures and business practices.
  • Participate and collaborate in the review and analysis of new regulatory developments and maintains oversight of developments impacting business activities.
  • Participate and collaborate in compliance advisory and integration projects as well as conduct compliance assessment and define requirements as needed for the approval of business projects and initiatives
  • Ensure implementation of key processes within company to meet regulatory framework
  • Work closely with key functional organizations to ensure proper implementation, reporting and change management.
  • Provides assistance and input on risk assessments.
  • Interface with Product and Engineering teams to provide requirements and inputs for new system development, assist with user testing and represent Compliance in The AML Programme team in Registration and Compliance (R&C, part of Selling Partner Risk) is looking for a Quality Control Manager covering the Know Your Customer programme.
  • The manager will work closely with operations management teams, AML programme teams (both first line of defence teams) as well as the compliance officers of the various entities (second line of defence).
  • The Quality Control Manager will be an independent and proven leader, with effective problem solving skills. The role requires significant experience in interpreting complex data and providing context and assurance to senior stakeholders- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
