Quality Control Site SupervisorGreater Dublin Area, Multi-site€60-65k + transport, Bonus, Health, pensionRequired for leading developer who are active on 14+ sites including Dublin & Kildare.This role will manage quality projects from Foundations to Finishes.Key Responsibilities:Undertake daily walkthrough Inspections of New Homes operational sites to identify and report any compliance or defect related issuesProactively investigate and lead investigations into non-conformances and corrective actions.Inspect for BCAR compliance and QualityMaintain and compile reports/audits on company construction software platform.Continually develop QA expertise across the Company to support staff development, knowledge, and expertise in Quality activities, BCAR compliance, client requirements and best practices.Ensure that all quality procedures are documented and successfully implemented, on sites and departments.Work effectively with other staff across the organisation and develop strong working relationships with Site Teams including Project and Site Managers.Assist in maintaining reports and inspection on the company software platform, continually reviewing, and developing Quality Systems to meet Customer and Business requirements.Create a team atmosphere that embraces continuous improvement and quality and assist team training and development plans.The candidate;Trades background3+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or Quality Control role.Knowledge of construction details ensuring best practice to design and specificationBackground in large-scale residential constructionExcellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standardsBe willing travel to sites Nationwide and hold a full driver’s licenceBenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance related bonusPension scheme with matching contributionsFull health insurance (Family)Annual salary reviewContinuous Professional development (CPD) programme & fundingPaid maternity & paternity leaveLife assuranceIncome protectionEmployee Assistance Programme with VHIContact John.Behan@icds.ie for more info or call 01-632-1200. #J-18808-Ljbffr
