About the company Join a leading global biopharmaceutical company who deliver medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. You will be joining the quality team in the separations laboratory in a brand-new state of the art site on a five-month contract. As the quality control specialist, you will be supporting the drug product and drug substance release testing. About your new job as a Quality Control Specialist Conducting release testing for biological products. Supporting the updating and issuance of documentation, including SOPs, as needed. Performing routine data analysis, assisting in the investigation of OOS results, conducting trend analysis, and writing investigation reports. Documenting laboratory work with accuracy. Participating in and assisting with technical transfer and co-validation activities. Aiding in the qualification of laboratory instruments. Reviewing data based on demonstrated assay proficiency. What skill/experience you need as a Quality Control Specialist BSc degree in Biochemistry or a related field. Familiarity with HPLC/UPLC and Empower is advantageous Previous experience in a regulated biopharmaceutical laboratory is preferred. Strong Problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
