The Advocate Group is partnered with a leading FMCG brand, looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join the team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for conducting tests, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine quality checks and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Conduct laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsible for documenting HACCP CCP and OPRP requirements. Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Participate in internal and external audits as required. Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Experience in lavatory testing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
