We are looking for experience Quality Control Technician's, to join a busy team in one of Ireland's leading beverage companies. About the role As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a pivotal role ensuring that all manufactured goods are produced according to quality specifications and compliant with government regulations and standards. Responsible for completing, monitoring and interpreting all analytical, chemical & microbiological (including sending samples to external lab) tests. In addition, monitoring checks to ensure compliance with specifications from materials through to final products across cream blend process bottling and packaging. Ensure all plant quality assurance equipment is calibrated and maintained and that all routine quality checks are carried out in the appropriate manner to the required frequencies Training of process, bottling & warehouse operators in relation to the carrying out of all routine quality checks according to procedure and the compliance of results to specifications This role includes shift work and will cover a 38-hour week. Qualifications and Experience Required Third level degree in a food related science or equivalent High level of IT skills in particular Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
