Quality Engineer Needed:
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to assist the Quality Operations Manager in implementing the MGS Quality Management System. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis, in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Monitor production and release of finished parts\n• Investigate root cause of quality issues and implement corrective actions\n• Initiate and complete CAPA actions, engineering change requests, and non-conformance reports\n• Establish and maintain inspection standards, plans, frequencies, and test methods\n• Develop and review quality system documentation\n\nRequirements:\n\n• 3rd level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent quality experience\n• Good communication and interpersonal skills\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n• Proactive and solutions-driven approach\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n• Has a good working knowledge of quality management systems (ideally ISO13485) and other product-related regulatory requirements\n• Develops strong links with customer organizations and project stakeholders\n• Has validation experience and a good understanding of customer documents\n• Is proactive and driven to continuously improve the quality management system\n\nNote: We are an equal opportunities employer.
