About the Role As our client's new Quality Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring top-notch quality in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you'll play a crucial role in achieving quality objectives and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance our Quality Management System Lead process validations and qualifications, ensuring our products meet the highest standards Collaborate with customers on new products, quality issues, and process qualifications Spearhead quality engineering analysis to prevent non-conformances and minimize risks Coordinate our NCR/CAPA process, ensuring swift resolution of quality issues Conduct and support internal and external audits, showcasing our commitment to excellence Drive quality improvements through data analysis and trending Champion training initiatives on quality procedures, GMP, and GDP What You Bring to the Table A degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or equivalent manufacturing experience At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer Experience of Injection Moulding Expertise in statistical analysis (Minitab), SPC, and validations Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards Why Join Our Client?
