Your mission at LINDAL:
Maintain relevant Quality accreditation and ensure plant adherence to Quality system requirements and procedures. Conduct internal and external audits and liaise with suppliers and customers on day-to-day quality issues. Lead and participate in problem-solving teams and assist in completing corrective action and risk assessment reports. Lead the Continuous Improvement Programme with clear objectives and support Lean Sigma rollout. Measure and analyse processes and performance to reduce issues and complete root cause analysis. Prioritise work based on company targets and maintain Calibration and Document Control systems. Ensure quality requirements are established on New Product Introductions and manage the Quarantine Area with timely dispositions.
Engineering Degree/Diploma or Equivalent: Polymers or related discipline. Good working knowledge of Quality System Requirements in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process improvement techniques. Computer literate in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Demonstrate a track record of supporting improvement projects with creative problem-solving approaches. Knowledge of the injection moulding process.
