Job Description
Highly skilled Quality Grading Specialist sought to ensure end-to-end review of product quality and safety parameters, ensuring products meet set release criteria for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product process documentation and analytical results to grade finished products.
- Collaborate with internal and external functions to provide updates and fulfill requests.
- Manage batch documentation, grading, and release of finished products.
- Support logbook creation, archiving, and management.
- Review and maintain SAP Stock Module master batch records.
- Manage customer and DAFM sampling, responsible for sample preparation and document preparation.
- Work as backup to other quality roles as needed.
- Lead change control related to specifications and ensure all finished products and manufacturing specifications are maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food sciences or dairy technology.
- At least 2 years' experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Quality Systems and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Quality Systems Audits and documentation experience.
- Computer literate in SAP and working knowledge of LIMS, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to lead and drive change to achieve organization standards.
