Join our client's team in Kildare as a Site Quality Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality management across their successful food operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Technical Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems to guarantee product safety, legality, and adherence to specifications. Key Responsibilities: Drive process optimization to achieve product specifications with zero defects. Manage plant hygiene and uphold BRC Grade A standards. Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Ensure incorporation of customer requirements into the site quality management system. Facilitate successful customer technical visits and audits. Oversee production, traceability, and quality management processes. Ensure adherence to HACCP management processes and standards. Collaborate with technical and development teams for excellent product development and launches. Requirements: 5 years within the FMCG at management level. Diploma or equivalent in a Science, Technology, Engineering related discipline. Experience in the application of Lean Tools. Exposure to NPD in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
