**Quality Manager** Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with customer specifications across all products, working closely with production and maintenance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** • Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with customer specifications across all products. • Manage and lead the QA team to optimise performance and collaboration. • Provide technical guidance on food safety in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee and maintain the Food Safety Management System, including HACCP. • Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes. • Lead, develop, and motivate the Quality Assurance team for enhanced performance. • Support business improvement projects and HACCP/TACCP initiatives. • Coordinate audits, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented. • Oversee site hygiene to align with company goals. • Validate production records and conduct complaint investigations with corrective actions. • Ensure a robust pest control program and monitor microbiological trends with corrective actions. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in food related discipline • At least 2 years experience in quality management • Proven experience in implementing and overseeing food safety systems that meet GFSI standards, including BRC requirements **About Randstad:** Randstad encourages applications from individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
