**Quality Manager** **Job Summary:** Lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with customer specifications across all products. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality Manager will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with food safety, legal, and customer standards. **Responsibilities:** • Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with customer specifications across all products. • Manage and lead the QA team to optimise performance and collaboration. • Provide technical guidance on food safety in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee and maintain the Food Safety Management System, including HACCP. • Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes. • Lead, develop, and motivate the Quality Assurance team for enhanced performance. • Support business improvement projects and HACCP/TACCP initiatives. • Coordinate audits, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented. • Oversee site hygiene to align with company goals. • Validate production records and conduct complaint investigations with corrective actions. • Ensure a robust pest control program and monitor microbiological trends with corrective actions. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in food related discipline • At least 2 years experience in quality management • Proven experience in implementing and overseeing food safety systems that meet GFSI standards, including BRC requirements. **Benefits:** • Work From Home bonus
