**Quality Management Leader** A leading medical device company seeks a dynamic leader to oversee a team of Quality Engineering professionals, enhancing product quality and ensuring compliance while collaborating with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead and mentor a team of Quality professionals to achieve departmental metrics and broader organisational goals • Provide training and support to team members, helping them reach their career aspirations while fostering a high-performance culture • Regularly report on key metrics and devise action plans to address any shortfalls • Ensure the accuracy of reports that support Business Metrics and Quality Management Reviews • Perform trend analyses to spot issues and implement necessary corrective actions • Build and maintain effective relationships across functions and sites within the quality team • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality and reducing complaints • Promote open communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve business objectives • Advocate for a preventive culture by championing Quality initiatives • Assist in the formulation of strategic plans and goals that align with overall business objectives **Requirements:** • Bachelor's Degree (L8 degree) or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline • Over 8+ years quality operations experience in the medical device sector or another regulated industry • Proven leadership and people management experience with at least 2 years direct people management experience • Proficiency in leading complex planning sessions, brainstorming, Kaizen, and similar initiatives focused on process and product improvement • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a positive mindset • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities • Solid technical background and product understanding **Company Overview:** A leading medical device company dedicated to creating life-saving and transformative solutions.
