**Job Title: Quality Operations Leader** **Job Summary:** Lead the Quality Operations function, ensuring the plant meets all quality expectations in terms of customer service, and drive quality excellence and execution. **About the Role:** As a Quality Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Operations function, ensuring the plant meets all quality expectations in terms of customer service. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Director and other key business partners to drive quality excellence and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and drive specific product compliance across site * Accountable for delivering Quality Metrics * Translate the Quality vision into goals, objectives, strategies, and measures for the site * Create transparency, visibility, and monitoring of common quality metrics in the QA organization * Responsible for the leadership of employees as well as coaching and development of QA professionals * Assure site and business is properly prepared for external and internal compliance inspections * Collaborate closely with business partners to ensure site is audit ready at all times * Understand customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the industry * Assure specific site and business goals are established and met for compliance, training, CAPA, complaints, and production process controls * Accountable for ensuring full quality and regulatory compliance of the facility, while driving process effectiveness and efficiency at the site **Requirements:** * Professional Level 8 degree qualification and a Level 9 (Master's degree) or aspire to achieve * QP Qualification is desirable * Recognized Coaching qualification and use the tools, skills, and techniques as your default style of leading/managing * Proven Quality operations experience of managing teams in a fast-paced and complex environment using LEAN mindset, principles, and resources, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment * Demonstrated strong people management experience in a Quality Leadership role * Confident decision maker, effective planner, and effective communicator with strong leadership skills * Clear thinker who can analyze data to establish a direction to proceed **What We Offer:** * Total rewards designed to unlock your ambition * Salary and benefits that meet global strength and scale * Career opportunities in a culture that fosters care, collaboration, and support
