Morgan McKinley are proudly partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Quality Specialist to support ongoing manufacturing and projects.
This opportunity is a 12 month, hourly rate contract offering a competitive rate and opportunity to develop your skills set across Quality.
You will join a well established team, working onsite 5 days per week Monday - Friday day shift and evening shift every 3-4 weeks.
Required;- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Degree in science related discipline
- Strong experience managing deviations, CAPA's. Non conformances in a sterile manufacturing facility.
- Proven track record working with sterile products GMP manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Risk Analysis, Investigation, Problem Solving, and associated Techniques as a Quality SME
- Experience reviewing batch records and implementing process improvements
- Experience contributing during audits is desirable (FDA and HPRA ideally)
- Excellent attention to detail, reviewing and preparing GxP documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication is required.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to achieve the site's safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Oversee all manufacturing deviations, CAPAs, and related processes, providing monthly KPIs.
- Review batch records and paperwork SOP's
- Support investigations into Customer Quality Complaints
- Conduct thorough batch record reviews ensuring Quality Assurance oversight of inprocess quality inspections within manufacturing and packaging.
