- Provide leadership and promote compliance with procedures and good practices.
- Manage Quality Documentation and ensure it is up to date and fit for purpose.
- Produce and manage an annual Quality Improvement Plan.
- Continually improve quality and processes for all services delivered by TDE.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement throughout TDE.
- Schedule and manage quality audits.
- Manage competency register for document production, verification, and approval.
Requirements
- 7 years' work experience in engineering design, project delivery, or a quality specialist role.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Quality Management Processes.
- Strong commercial and project management capability.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- A proven track record of success in training and development of technical professionals.
Location
Based at One Dublin Airport Central or Eastgate Cork, with travel to project locations as required.
