Job Title: Quality Systems Manager Location: This role is office based and can be based out of any of our Distribution Centers (Hemel Hempstead, Heywood (Manchester), Basingstoke, Coventry, Dublin) or our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead. Some flexibility to work from home with agreement is possible. Position Summary: Day to day management of the MB UK & Ireland Quality and Food Safety management systems to ensure that the DC’s are compliant regarding the required quality standards and legislation. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance and alignment of Food Safety and Quality systems across the MB UK & Ireland network to ensure full compliance to the relevant customer and external standards. Ensuring full compliance across the UK & Ireland network with the relevant Food Safety legislation. Drive standardisation across the network encompassing key learnings from DC’s within the Global business. Responsible for managing the implementation and supporting with quality compliance audits across the MB UK & Ireland network. Input into the development of DC/Network based quality strategy work streams that lead to a continuous Quality improvement culture within the business. To ensure all DC standards and Quality initiatives are in line with customer expectations through regular proactive engagement with the key stakeholders. Manage the reporting and review of quality KPI's across the MB UK & Ireland network to drive continuous improvement. To represent the Quality function on relevant major business projects to ensure delivery in a consistent way across the network.
