Job Description

My client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Systems Training Administrator to join their team. This role is critical in managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with training requirements across the site. The successful candidate will work closely with the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality departments to support training and documentation processes, prepare reports, and assist in audits and inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and training administration in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including the management of items, objects, tasks, and authorized instructors. Create and update online assessments on the LMS. Assist the EHS and Quality departments in tracking compliance-based training completion for the site by providing metrics and LMS reports as necessary. Maintain all curricula on the system, including conducting annual curricula reviews. Schedule training sessions, both internal and external. Ensure all training and documentation records are processed in a timely manner with utmost attention to detail, meeting Good Documentation Practices (GDP) requirements. Author and review quality systems-related procedures as required. Support the management of quality documents and records. Assist with the onboarding of new personnel. Provide regular communication updates on the document management and training systems. Collate and report training and documentation metrics on a monthly basis. Deliver training to all relevant site personnel. Prepare trend and status reports as needed. Prepare and update training documents, courses, and assessments. Communicate document or training issues and escalate as appropriate. Liaise with personnel for efficient review and approval of documents on Document Control Application (DCA). Support audits and inspections as required. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and training. Level 8 degree in a science-related subject is preferred. Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. "Train the Trainer" qualification or equivalent is desirable.
