Quality/Health & Safety Assistant I am delighted to be supporting my client, an industry leading expert in providing supply chain services to a number of multi-national companies in recruiting a Quality/Health & Safety Assistant to join their team in Limerick. Within this position you will be responsible for efficiently managing the Quality and Health & Safety systems, including documentation control, procedural updates, training, and continuous improvement programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in quality management and health and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities (A snapshot) Develop and implement Quality and Health & Safety (H&S) standards and systems. Monitor and analyse Quality and H&S performance, conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance. Conduct internal and off-site audits, as well as H&S risk assessments. Manage all chemicals, from paperwork to safe delivery, ensuring enforcement of safety procedures. Develop corrective actions, solutions, and drive continuous improvements. Requirements: A third-level qualification in a Quality and/or H&S-related field is essential. Knowledge of ISO systems, including ISO 9001 and 18001, is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems and REACH regulations is desirable.
