Job Description
Job Summary: Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager for a rapidly expanding EV division, with experience in pre and post contract management, procurement, planning, and cost analysis, and ability to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement, planning, contractor negotiation, and cost analysis for multiple projects across Ireland, UK, and USA.
- Liaise with Mergers and Acquisitions team for appraisals, site selection, and contract negotiations.
- Develop tailored procurement and contract strategies for each region.
- Prepare tender documentation, analyze tender returns, and negotiate with contractors.
- Manage project costs, cash flows, and monthly cost reports.
- Lead project teams in delivering and monitoring contract packages.
- Assist discussions with stakeholders, including Landowners, Planning Authorities, and consultants.
- Perform pre-acquisition feasibility and viability assessments.
Requirements:
- 7+ years QS experience with main contractor or consultancy.
- Experience managing multiple Quantity Surveyors.
- Available to travel.
