Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity in Ireland

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage various projects across Ireland, utilizing their expertise in Civil Engineering and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Process variation orders and claims in accordance with project requirements.
• Procure services of contractors and/or subcontractors.
• Measure and value work completed on each site.
• Compile and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK.
• Have knowledge of Civil Engineering construction techniques.
• Be familiar with current forms of contracts and EN Standards.
• Be proactive, a good communicator, and able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
