Job Description
OCSC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage projects across Ireland, requiring Civil Engineering experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Processing variation orders and claims.
- Procuring contractors and subcontractors.
- Measuring and valuing site work.
- Completing progress reports.
- Liaising with clients and construction professionals.
The successful candidate must have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK.
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering construction techniques.
- Knowledge and experience of current forms of contracts and EN Standards.
- Proactive communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
