Job Description

Summary: Manage the commercial aspects of large data centre projects across EMEA, including cost management, budgeting, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial oversight on large projects across EMEA, managing costs, budgets, and procurement.
  • Monthly commercial reviews of large projects, providing forecasts and analysis of revenue and margin.
  • Assist project personnel with commercial oversight on project costs, managing budgets and providing estimates.
  • Manage and deliver all commercial aspects of large tender project opportunities across EMEA.
  • Reconcile estimates and change orders, analyzing and performing due diligence on all change orders.
  • Update cost plans and reports, advising project teams on cost risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist clients with life cycle costing of LEED/sustainability initiatives, reviewing invoices against cost plans.
  • Support project managers and leasing teams to estimate costs associated with leases, optimizing landlord contributions.
  • Manage 3rd party project delivery resources, identifying training needs, tracking performance, and motivating team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • RICS or CIOB accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful.
  • Knowledge with estimating software such as OST preferred.
