Job Description
Summary: Manage the commercial aspects of large data centre projects across EMEA, including cost management, budgeting, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial oversight on large projects across EMEA, managing costs, budgets, and procurement.
- Monthly commercial reviews of large projects, providing forecasts and analysis of revenue and margin.
- Assist project personnel with commercial oversight on project costs, managing budgets and providing estimates.
- Manage and deliver all commercial aspects of large tender project opportunities across EMEA.
- Reconcile estimates and change orders, analyzing and performing due diligence on all change orders.
- Update cost plans and reports, advising project teams on cost risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist clients with life cycle costing of LEED/sustainability initiatives, reviewing invoices against cost plans.
- Support project managers and leasing teams to estimate costs associated with leases, optimizing landlord contributions.
- Manage 3rd party project delivery resources, identifying training needs, tracking performance, and motivating team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training.
- RICS or CIOB accreditation preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge in MS Project is helpful.
- Knowledge with estimating software such as OST preferred.
