Quantity Surveyor sought for a prestigious Tier One Contractor in the Midlands, with a strong focus on cost management and project delivery.
ProSource Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading Building Contractor with operations throughout Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive tender submissions.
- Conduct cost analysis, cost planning, and cost control for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgets and financial goals.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Perform cost value reconciliations and generate reports.
- Manage contractual issues and variations.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
€60,000 - €65,000 + package DOE.
