ProSource Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor in the Midlands on behalf of a Tier One Contractor. My client is one of Irelands leading Building Contractors, with operations throughout Ireland and the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award winning multi-million-euro projects. €60,000 - €65,000 + package DOE. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of accurate and competitive tender submissions. Conduct cost analysis, cost planning, and cost control for ongoing projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgets and financial goals. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates. Perform cost value reconciliations and generate reports. Manage contractual issues and variations. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. Assist in the development of junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
