Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a 2-year building project with a strong pipeline of projects in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working on Public Works Contracts in Ireland
- Strong legal and contractual understanding in construction law
- Client-facing leadership skills and good negotiation skills
- Experience working for a main contractor with a building/industrial/commercial engineering background
- Experience with various types of contract forms
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- 7+ years experience in a senior QS role
- Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management
Benefits & Package:
- €75k - €85k (DOE)
