Job Description
Quantity Surveyor QS with at least 5 years experience required to join a progressive and growing Main Building Contractor to work on a building project which is starting next month and will have an expected duration of 2 years. This contractor has a strong pipeline of projects in various sectors including, apartments, commercial builds, pharma, healthcare facilities and various other project types. For this role, having Public Works Contract experience is a massive advantage. Requirements: Strong commercial awareness, ideally 7+ years experience Must have worked on PW Contracts in Ireland Strong legal and contractual understanding in construction law Client facing Leadership skills Good negotiation skills Experience working for a main contractor with a building/industrial/commercial engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management Benefits & Package: €75k - €85k (DOE) Benefits package If you are a Senior QSlooking for your next career move,please send your CV or call Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
