We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our building team in Donegal. The successful candidate will advise on contractual matters, process claims, and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
About the Role:
- Advise on contractual matters, general and project level.
- Process contractual claims and associated records.
- Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with project cash management and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review commercial/contractual correspondence.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in previous roles.
- Excellent working knowledge of COINS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
