Quantity Surveyor/PQS role in a busy consultancy, requiring cost management expertise for various sectors, with opportunities for career progression.

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/PQS to join their team in Dublin or West/N West region, with the option to work from home and travel to client projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with full scope of cost management services, including pre and post contract cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Understanding commercial and residential new build and refurbishment, and experience with various contract forms.
• Advising clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk, not just cost.

Ideal candidate:

• Qualified Quantity/Project Surveyor with good numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Logged post graduate experience in quantity surveying environment.
• Knowledge of various sectors, including Retail, Commercial, Education, and Residential.
