Requirements
- Must hold a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Min 3-5 years of recent practical experience in a project QS/Estimating role in IRL or UK
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Preferable have a proven ability to prepare and price civil tenders
- Preferable but not essential to be a member of the society of chartered surveyors
