Job Description
Quantity Surveyor role in Dublin, Ireland, with a negotiable salary, requires a degree calibre and industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Sub Contractor enquiries and evaluate subcontractors
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
- Monitor and track project progress, measurement and valuation of variations
- Work as part of a team to deliver client requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Intermediate degree calibre and industry experience
- High degree of personal motivation and commercial acumen
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and manage numerous activities/projects simultaneously
- Outgoing personality for dealing with clients and design teams
- Good negotiator with flexibility to work across all areas of the business
Preferred Skills:
- Good working knowledge of forms of contract and standard forms of measurement
- Driving licence and good IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and experience with Cubit software
Requirements:
- Full, clean Irish drivers' licence
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland
