Quantity Surveyor A well-established Main Contractor in the Dublin area is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a commercial / residential project in Dublin. Role: Oversee the development of comprehensive Cost Plans for intricate projects, employing diverse methodologies and software, and supervise the compilation of data for analysis. Formulate extended-term cash forecasts for projects, evaluate outcomes, and optimize cash inflow while mitigating outflow. Recognize disadvantageous clauses in contracts and engage in negotiations with clients and employers to improve terms. Requirements: 3rd level degree in Quantity Surveying. 3+ years industry experience, having worked on commercial / residential projects.
