A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking aQuantity Surveyor to join their team in Co. Meath. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, contract administration, and financial control across various civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and financial forecasts. Assist with procurement, valuations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Review and manage contracts, variations, and change orders. Provide accurate reporting on project financial performance to senior management. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective cost management. Conduct site visits to assess progress and align project costs with work completed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil engineering or construction industry. Minimum 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying position Excellent analytical and communication skills. Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
