Job Description
Experienced Quantity Surveyor sought to manage commercial aspects of construction projects in the West of Ireland.
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in the West of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tenders and manage subcontractor orders
- Handle projects to Final Account completion
- Present forecasts, targets, and manage cost/value reconciliations (CVRs)
- Prepare valuations, certificates, and manage payments
- Update risk/opportunity plans and integrate into forecasts
- Ensure commercial and contractual entitlements are protected
- Support tender processes and work with the pre-construction team
Key Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and legal knowledge
- Leadership and delegation skills
- Experience in adjudication and dispute resolution
- Up-to-date with industry trends and legislation
