Job Summary: Prepare cost estimates, conduct cost analysis and risk assessment, and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control for civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and submit cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
