Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: West of Ireland (multiple locations) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 75-90k DOE We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor in the West of Ireland. Key Responsibilities: Prepare tenders, manage subcontractor orders, and handle projects to Final Account completion. Present forecasts, targets, and manage cost/value reconciliations (CVRs). Prepare valuations, certificates, and manage payments. Update risk/opportunity plans and integrate into forecasts. Ensure commercial and contractual entitlements are protected. Support tender processes and work with the pre-construction team. Key Requirements: Strong commercial acumen and legal knowledge. Leadership and delegation skills. Experience in adjudication and dispute resolution. Up-to-date with industry trends and legislation.
