Job Description
Manage subcontractor appointments, prepare tenders, cost estimates, and value proposals, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
* Lead infrastructure and civil engineering projects in Leinster.
* Prepare value engineering proposals to reflect client budgetary requirements.
* Manage cost, value, and reconciliation reports.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project information meets requirements.
* Qualifications: Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering degree with 2+ years experience.
* Knowledge of construction contracts.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work within deadlines.
* Full clean driving license.
