Seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading property developer in the Midlands, with a focus on commercial projects and listed structure preservation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Residential and mixed-use development projects
- Multi-phase residential projects with preservation of listed structures
- Commercial projects in various sectors, including pharma, data, industrial, educational, and healthcare
- Refurbishment, fit-out, and restoration projects for listed structures
Proven commercial skills and experience with public works contracts are advantageous, but not necessary.
Ideal candidate will be based outside of Dublin and have a strong understanding of commercial projects and listed structure preservation.
