Quantity Surveyor sought for leading contractor/developer with large-scale residential, hotel, and commercial developments across Dublin & Kildare.

Estimating budgets and pricing of Bill of Quantities, project procurement, and cost management are key responsibilities.
Desired skills and qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying, proven experience, and excellent IT skills.
Work-from-home option available one or two days a week.
Key responsibilities:
- Estimating budgets and pricing of Bill of Quantities
- Project procurement, including issuing tender packages and appointing subcontractors
- Cost management of multiple projects
- Monitoring project costs and agreeing variations with Contracts Manager
- Responsibility for monthly valuations and agreeing final accounts
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Proven years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
