Job Description
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in County Kerry, working on diverse projects in the public and private sectors.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing cost control and advice to clients and design teams
- Preparing budget estimates and bills of quantities
- Compiling contract documentation
- Measuring and agreeing variations
- Preparing cost reports and interim payment recommendations
- Final account preparation and reconciliations
Requirements:
- Hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Chartership is desirable but not mandatory
This is a full-time position based in Tralee, with occasional site visits required. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
