We are presently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our clients, a Consultant to the Water Sector in County Kerry. Working on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector. You will have relevant sector and industry experience and will be able to lead and manage a team, work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationships.Responsibilities:Pre-contract cost control and advise to Clients and Design Teams.Preparing Budget Estimate and Bills of QuantitiesCompiling Contract DocumentationMeasurement and agreement of variationsCost reportingpreparation of interim payment recommendationsFinal account preparation and reconciliations on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector.Education and Experience:Hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying5+ years relevant experienceChartership preferable but not mandatoryThis is a full time position based in Tralee with requirement to travel to sites as required.
