Quantity Surveyor (Senior) | Midlands (Kildare, Laois & Offaly)€Salary, Car, Bonus, Pension, Benefits (tailored to suit)With main contractor & leading property developer across the Midlands, projects including:Residential and canal-side mixed-use development, Co Offaly.24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site, Co Laois.Various projects in Kildare, Laois, Offaly & Meath in the pharma, data, industrial, educational healthcare & commercial sectors.Refurb, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the Irish Midlands.Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above, previous experience of public works contracts an advantage but not necessary.Ideally suit candidates who wish to be based ‘outside of Dublin’.
