A well-established Precast Concrete Sub-Contractor in North Dublin is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Role: Analyze and administer Sub-contract Agreements with Main Contractors, manage supply chain contracts, and advise on contractual matters. Develop budgets, measure, procure, and prepare Sub-contract Agreements, while ensuring timely and detailed commercial reporting. Understand various construction contracts, general contractual provisions, and ensure compliance with the Construction Contract Act 2013. Maintain comprehensive records, prepare and present budgets, and ensure timely delivery of internal and external reports. Read and analyze 3D models, drawings, and specifications, and compare costs to budgets efficiently. Participate with a positive attitude and contribute to team success and project outcomes. Requirements: 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying or an accredited course by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. 5+ years industry experience working in a similar role.
