Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join its tax team.
**Job Summary:** Deloitte is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on tax depreciation projects, advising clients on capital allowances and providing technical expertise.
**About the Role:**
- Advise construction and accounting personnel on optimum strategy for collating and recording expenditure to ensure capital allowances are maximised.
- Review legal documentation and tax legislation to ensure taxpayer entitlement to claim capital allowances.
- Produce high-level estimates of potential capital allowances and capital allowances reports.
- Develop business development skills and build client relationships to understand their business requirements.
- Provide advice on tax technical matters relating to capital allowances legislation and structure third-party contributions in a tax-efficient manner.
- Deal with Revenue on queries relating to capital allowances and related matters.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Flexible approach and committed team player.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
